  It is very interesting article, because to become successful we must put all the desire to improve ourselves, today to get a job we must be quality professionals and have work experience.  I considere it is good idea for Kurth because it is a great opportunity for young people to get work experience while they are on vacation and in this way they can have experience and it will be easier for them to get a job, and thanks to Kurth with his idea bright it will make the situation easier. !. Discover what would really make you happy, choose your best skills, for your future life.!.😏✌     

The reading tells us that there is a company called VOCATION VACATIONS, who are in charge of helping people to experience the job of their dreams, in this company they provide the service of mentors to be able to indicate in reality what the work you want to do is like and The best thing is to have a little work experience, although the company says they give you 1 to 3 days to experience the job of your dreams. I think Kurt had a brilliant idea, since he can send these workers to companies, who already know what they should do in their job and what is even better, they do it happy since it is the job of their dreams and so they are happy working and be much more productive. These types of ideas benefit the worker and the boss, since their new worker comes with a bit of experience and very happy because it is what he loves to do, he knows how to do it and will give everything of himself.

A WORKING VACATION For it was a great idea because many younger people don't have a idea what do when they finish the college, or what carrer in the university, this was a big dilemma because we think it was we do for all the life, the case of kurth is an example beacuse he was not happy with his job, he dream be a trainer for dogs, and with this examples and some more this company design this porgrama vocation vacation, where you pay for a pair of days in your dream job to decide if is what would you do in your life, and have mentor who was people with a lot of experiences with this jobs.
