A WORKING VACATION The idea that the company has is very interesting, because it helps people to fulfill a dream even for a short time, it also greatly helps people who are going to start their university career so that they are sure of what they are going to follow and then there are no problems. My dream is to work as an architect, and if I would give it a chance because it would make sure that I am studying what I like, in addition to that it would also help me to gain experience for my future.

  It is very interesting article, because to become successful we must put all the desire to improve ourselves, today to get a job we must be quality professionals and have work experience.  I considere it is good idea for Kurth because it is a great opportunity for young people to get work experience while they are on vacation and in this way they can have experience and it will be easier for them to get a job, and thanks to Kurth with his idea bright it will make the situation easier. !. Discover what would really make you happy, choose your best skills, for your future life.!.😏✌     

The reading tells us that there is a company called VOCATION VACATIONS, who are in charge of helping people to experience the job of their dreams, in this company they provide the service of mentors to be able to indicate in reality what the work you want to do is like and The best thing is to have a little work experience, although the company says they give you 1 to 3 days to experience the job of your dreams. I think Kurt had a brilliant idea, since he can send these workers to companies, who already know what they should do in their job and what is even better, they do it happy since it is the job of their dreams and so they are happy working and be much more productive. These types of ideas benefit the worker and the boss, since their new worker comes with a bit of experience and very happy because it is what he loves to do, he knows how to do it and will give everything of himself.

A WORKING VACATION For it was a great idea because many younger people don't have a idea what do when they finish the college, or what carrer in the university, this was a big dilemma because we think it was we do for all the life, the case of kurth is an example beacuse he was not happy with his job, he dream be a trainer for dogs, and with this examples and some more this company design this porgrama vocation vacation, where you pay for a pair of days in your dream job to decide if is what would you do in your life, and have mentor who was people with a lot of experiences with this jobs.   The most satisfying experience of my life is being able to work on former President Rafael correa's ambitious project in (Yachay the city of knowledge) How did I get there? I arrived knocking on doors in search of a job, it was during the university vacation period, I arrived when the project was in the beginning of activities making internal roads of the city, who hired me was the company Imbavial EP in 2014 as a construction technician, it was my first job where I could learn many things, Then I went to work with the Army Corps of Engineers who did the university campus and residences and finally I went to a Chinese company to make some laboratories, with them I worked until 2018 due to problems of work stoppage, this experience is very essential for me and for the new works.

 

 

  MY EXPERIENCE  Once I had a fun experience because we went with some friends to the San Pablo lake. It was a magical moment; I could see a wonderful landscape there. We also had a great time of laughter, because a friend almost fell on the shores of the lake, after a scare, we preferred to take pictures to forget the case and had beautiful memories, after that, she did not want to go there anymore. They are memories that we never forget it. ☺   I had a very nice experience, I got on the Totora raft, something, I longed for so much. 😉 ✌  

    On december 31, I met with some friends to celebrate end of the year, we drink some drinks in the street, my friend had a dog; the dog was playfull and he let go the moment he crossed a truck and hem run over the dog. How did he die, we all drink until dawn.                 

 EXPERIENCES My fisrt time to camping is very amazing because is ortganizate for birthday whit may friend Nicole Cruz and your friends. the place is beautiful, and very awesome beacasue landscape and nature It was amazing day beacuse at nigth  we were the campfire. We listen to music and sing the song relaxing. Moments like this is precious in the life and especially with the crisis what is happening in the world.

 EXPERIENCES  The last year on my sister birthday my family and me visited a farm. That place is very amazing and unforgettable. I have beatiful memories on this place.  That day helped us for together more an my family, My sister sing a music balad that nigth and they sing with her.  Natures helps to find peace of mind and the people have more feelings.  It´s very important that in our free times we are together. It was amazing day because my family was happy and me too. ¡I LOVE MY FAMILY! 😎

  My ANECDOTE: The trip to bogotá This anecdote happened when I was 10 years old. I was  going to travel whit my family to Bogota city. Our plane left from the airport in the city of Pasto in Colombia, my family thougt the airport was close to the city so we decided to leave the house late. But when we arrive to the city and asked where the airport was located, the people told us the airport was on the top of a mountain and the trip to the airport would take 45 minutes.  With my family we quickly took a taxi that will take us to the airport because it was 9:30 and the flight left at 11:00, in the middle of the road there was an accident that delayed us more than an hour and made us arrive late. when we arrive to the airport the secretary told us that our flight had already taken off, but we could take the nex flight paying a penalty fee. We accepted but the next flight was leaving in 6 hours, so we had to wait all that timi, the worst thing was the cold in the top of...
