The reading tells us that there is a company called VOCATION VACATIONS, who are in charge of helping people to experience the job of their dreams, in this company they provide the service of mentors to be able to indicate in reality what the work you want to do is like and The best thing is to have a little work experience, although the company says they give you 1 to 3 days to experience the job of your dreams.
I think Kurt had a brilliant idea, since he can send these workers to companies, who already know what they should do in their job and what is even better, they do it happy since it is the job of their dreams and so they are happy working and be much more productive. These types of ideas benefit the worker and the boss, since their new worker comes with a bit of experience and very happy because it is what he loves to do, he knows how to do it and will give everything of himself.
